Our Fosters
We have been fortunate to be able to foster and rehome some very special animals. If you are interested in providing a forever home to any animal listed here please contact us by emailing KNNrescue@gmail.com

Penelope is a 2-3 year old very sweet Pygmy Goat. She has gone to her forever home. ADOPTED!

Oliver is approximately 4 years old. We believe he is a KuneKune mix. He was found as a stray and was brought to our local animal shelter. Since he wasn't claimed by anyone at the shelter, we are fostering him till he can go to his forever home. He LOVES people and is super social. He is also appears to be good around other pigs. We are awaiting a vet visit for a complete health check up. Let us know if you want to open up your home to him. He clearly was someones beloved pet. ADOPTED!!

Please meet Josie, Tortoiseshell, and her Sister, Lulu, who is a tabby. They were rescued from a property that had become a dumping place for unwanted cats. The owner of the property realized this was becoming an issue and contacted the local police for them to help guide him. The officer suggested shooting the kittens and cats. This man was taken back by the response and fortunately searched for someone to trap them and thats when we came in. They were semi-feral when they arrived here. They were spayed, immunizations were given, ear was tipped since at the time it was unclear if they would tame up. I'm glad to say they tamed up to be complete love bugs. They will always remain a bonded pair. They are great around other cats, dogs and chickens. ADOPTED!!

Our 5 foster goats exploring the yard. ADOPTED!!

Shelby is 1 of the 5 goats we fostered that were rescued from a Petting Zoo on the Northern California coast. This petting zoo often becomes over populated since there is no attempt to keep the males away from the females. This petting zoo is big into goat yoga and prefers the smaller goats to bounce on people. Since Shelby and her sisters were getting older and bigger they were of no use to this owner. They were placed on a barren hillside with no shelter and given hay pellets to eat. All 5 goats we fostered were malnourished, had poor hair quality and had lice. They all are eating the grass hay they thrive on and have found their forever home at a sanctuary close by. ADOPTED!!

Edna Mae was rescued from a local cat colony. She had previously been trapped and spayed. She is 4-5 years old and super friendly. She loves people and is good with most cats. Will you open up your home to her? Available!!

Dulce was rescued from a colony of cats and adopted by a local sanctuary. Adopted!!
